MEMBER & GUEST AGREEMENT

Member & Guest Agreement

When entering Casita Club you agree to the following terms:

  • Check-in Procedure: All members and guests must check-in with a Casita Club Coordinator upon their arrival. Please note.

  • Facility Closing: Casita Club reserves the right to close the facility due to inclement weather or unforseen, uncontrollable circumstance.  Every attempt will be made to inform members and guests of such closings.

  • Shoes & Socks: Shoes are not allowed in the play/learn area.  Shoes are allowed in the café area. Should you forget socks, we have a few spare to lend you. 

  • Sick Policy: Please do not bring your child to Casita Club if you think he/she is sick or is getting sick.  We as that a child is fever-free for at least 48 hours before returning to our space. Casita Club reserves the right to send a child home to get well. If your child has allergies, please inform a Casita Club coordinator. Casita Club does not have medical staff available and is not permitted to provide emergency or other medical treatment.

  • Cell Phones. We ask that you respect other members and guests when speaking on the phone by using an indoor voice. 

  • Items from Home. To help provide a safe & clean environment, we ask that your children leave any personal toys at home. 

  • Personal Belongings: Casita Club is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

  • Children Over 6 Years Old: Children over six may accompany smaller siblings during play hours but will be asked to leave the play area if they are not playing in a manner that is appropriate for our infant/toddler/preschooler space. 

  • Parent/Legal Guardian or Authorized Caregiver Presence. At least one parent/legal guardian or authorized caregiver per family must remain on the premises at all times while a child is at Casita Club. Parents and caregivers are expected to monitor their children at Casita Club to ensure the safety of their child(ren) and other children.

  • Personal Conduct. All members, guests and their children, are asked to behave in a way that does not threaten the health, well-being, and full enjoyment of Casita Club's services by other Visitors, their children and caretakers. Casita Club reserves the right to remove any member or guest from the premises for conduct that is judged to be detrimental to the welfare of others. This includes the right to refuse a child’s participation in any class, program or service due to the child’s continued behavioral problems.

  • Parents and caregivers are to make certain that their child is playing in an appropriate manner within the space, which includes, not causing harm to him/herself or other children playing and not causing unnecessary harm or damage to the toys, structures, equipment or furniture within our space.

  • No aggressive behavior, running or fighting. 

  • Breastfeeding: Breastfeeding is 100% welcome on the premises of Casita Club. If you need a chair moved or adjusted, please let us know.  

  • Outside snacks: Outside snacks and water are allowed during classes and open play but must be consumed while seated at the snack tables.  Due to a large number of children with various food allergies, we ask that you thoroughly clean up after yourself and your child(ren) one you have finished eating.  Wipes are provided and readily available to clean hands, tables, and floor messes!

  • No Smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited at Casita Club.

  • Photo Release. Members and guests allow Casita Club permission to use their likeness and the likeness of their children visiting our space in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. Guest understands and agrees that all photos will become the property of Casita Club. Casita Club has the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose including but not limited to news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, and social media. In addition, the guests and members waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein the likeness appears. Additionally, Casita Club waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. Members and guest holds harmless, release, and forever discharge Little Play Society from all claims, demands, and causes of action which members and guest, his/her heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on his/her behalf or on behalf of his/her estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

  • Disclaimer of Liability. Casita Club is not liable for any harm or loss to persons or property. Any protection exercised or offered by Casita Club shall be deemed purely gratuitous on its part and shall in no way be construed to make it liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the member or guest. Casita Club is not responsible in any circumstances for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
     

By purchasing a membership or guest pass at Casita Club, Members and guests acknowledge that they have carefully read this agreement and understands all of its terms, policies and procedures, releases, waivers and indemnification of the facility. Members and guests agree to assume all risks of bringing their child to Casita Club and that in the event of his child’s illness or injury, Members and guests have no recourse against Casita Club, its employees, agents and officers.

Non-compliance with Casita Club's policies and procedures may result in termination of membership and/or denial of service. Casita Club has the right to update policies at any time.
